If your property does not accommodate the delivery of a complete, prebuilt building due to unlevel terrain, narrow entry points, fences, or other obstructions, a site-built shed may be a necessary option for your portable building.

Our team of skilled shed manufacturers will deliver the pre-assembled shed components to your property and complete the construction on-site.

WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES?

Minimal Preparations Needed

Depending on the shed you are purchasing and the conditions of the terrain where it will be delivered, there may be significant work involved to prepare the site for delivery. Maybe the desired location for your shed is simply not accessible with a trailer or the mule. On-site builds can alleviate some of the hassle of site preparation and accessibility issues.

Maneuver Around Landscaping

Site-Built sheds allow set up and installation on properties which have mature landscaping, fences, or other permanent structures which could be difficult or costly to remove.

Navigate Difficult Terrain

If you are needing a 16x40 lofted barn, but the path to access the site only has an opening for a 10x20 shed, a site-built shed will help alleviate those size limitations. Materials are loaded onto a trailer and building is constructed in the desired location.

Fences Remain Intact

Unlike delivery of shop-constructed buildings which require an access path the width of the building plus an additional 2' clearance on either side, Build on Site only requires a 4' wide material entry location.

No Heavy Equipment

With site-built, materials are carried to site by installers which reduces the risk of lawn damage from hauling the weight of fully-constructed buildings.

Site-Built

Site-Built is eligible for property owners only. Ensure the ground at build site is firm and stable to provide a solid foundation for the building. Build site should have a minimum 4’ clearance from any adjacent structures, including but not limited to buildings, fences, trees, etc. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to check local regulations, verify compliance with building codes, and obtain any required city and/or state construction permits.
