Today, we are proud to recognize one of those leaders: Matt Mobley.

As Northeast Regional Manager, Matt has quickly become a trusted leader for both his team and the dealers he serves. While his accomplishments throughout the region have been impressive, what truly sets Matt apart is his willingness to serve others, lead with integrity, and consistently go the extra mile in everything he does.

Whether he's visiting dealers, mentoring his team, solving challenges, or building relationships across his region, Matt represents Stor-Mor with professionalism, humility, and a servant's heart.

Leading Through Experience

One of Matt's greatest strengths is the experience he brings to every conversation.

After joining the Stor-Mor team in late 2025, Matt brought valuable firsthand industry knowledge into his role as Northeast Regional Manager. His understanding of the business allows him to connect with dealers on a deeper level, offering practical solutions, encouragement, and support that help them continue growing their businesses.

His leadership is built on consistency. Dealers know they can depend on him, and his team knows they always have someone willing to listen, answer questions, and help them overcome challenges.

Matt doesn't simply manage a region—he invests in the people who make it successful.

Relationships have always been at the center of Matt's leadership style.

In a relatively short amount of time, Matt has helped strengthen communication, build confidence, and create an environment where both dealers and team members feel supported.

While Matt is passionate about his work, his greatest priorities are found outside the office.

Matt is deeply involved in his church and makes his faith a priority for both himself and his family. The values he lives out through his faith—integrity, humility, service, and compassion—are the same values he brings into his role every day.

Whether he's supporting a dealer, encouraging a teammate, or serving within his church, Matt consistently puts people first. His commitment to faith and family serves as the foundation for the way he leads both professionally and personally.

And if you spend enough time around Matt, you'll probably discover one more thing about him—he just might be the pickiest eater you'll ever meet! While his lunch order may never be complicated, his commitment to helping others never changes.
