Meet Matt Fleener: A Regional Manager Who Leads Like It’s His Own Business

At Stor-Mor Portable Buildings, we know that great leadership goes far beyond sales numbers — it’s about relationships, consistency, and showing up for the people around you. That’s exactly what makes Matt Fleener such an important part of the SMPB team.

Matt has been with SMPB since 2019 and serves as the Regional Manager for South Texas. With years of experience in the portable building industry, Matt has built a reputation not only as a strong leader, but as someone who genuinely cares about the people he works with.

One thing that stands out most about Matt is the ownership he takes in his region. He approaches his work like it is his own business, always striving to help dealerships succeed while maintaining strong relationships across the board. His dedication, work ethic, and knowledge of the industry make him an incredible asset to both our company and our dealers.

Matt is also known throughout the company as a supportive teammate. Over the years, he has helped train and mentor many new sales representatives, never hesitating to share his time, advice, or experience. Whether someone has a quick question or needs long-term guidance, Matt is always willing to help however he can.

The impact he has made is especially clear through the relationships he has built with dealers over the years. Lisa Neuman, one of the dealers in Matt’s region, shared just how much he means to her:

Outside of work, Matt has another passion that reflects his patience and dedication — gardening. He enjoys growing and cultivating his own seeds to produce different plant and vegetable varieties, something that perfectly matches the care and commitment he brings into his career every day.
