  • How much do Stor-Mor buildings cost?

    We offer a variety of building styles and sizes, along with the option to customize these buildings with additional features. Pricing will vary based on the features and the state in which it will be delivered because of regulations, hauling restrictions, and material cost. Please contact a authorized Stor-Mor dealer for pricing details. 

  • Do you deliver?

    Yes! We have free delivery up to 50 miles from the dealer lot. (Find the closest dealer lot here!)

  • Can you move my building?

    If you have a Stor-Mor building that needs to be relocated, we can help connect you with a local delivery professional who can provide you a quote for these services. Visit our Contact page or use the chat feature on our website for more information.

  • What are your business hours?

    Our Corporate Office is open weekdays from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST at 800-418-5752.

  • Where is your main office?

    Our Corporate Office is located in Mayfield, KY. 


    Our storage buildings are sold by authorized dealers in seventeen states. To find a dealer near you, enter the delivery address on the Locations page.

  • How do I make my monthly payment?

    If you're enrolled in a Rent to Own payment plan for your Stor-Mor building, your payments will be made to Heartland Capital Investments. You can make payments online or by phone at 270.247.3199.

  • Are Stor-Mor buildings HOA Compliant?

    While all of our buildings meet, and in some cases exceed, state and national codes, we ask that you contact your local city and county offices to discuss your HOA's specific regulations to ensure compliancy. 

  • How can I request building plans?

    If you need to request a copy of our engineered building plans to obtain local permits for your portable building purchase, please submit the Engineered Plans request form. Once we have verified your purchase, we will send the specific plans for your area.

  • How long until I receive my building?

    If a building is purchased from a sales lot and already built, the delivery average is 5-10 business days after purchase. Custom ordered buildings will vary based on manufacturing shops' current lead times for new builds.

  • Do your buildings come with electricity?

    Electric packages are offered in select locations and are not standard. Please contact your local Stor-Mor reprsentative for more information and pricing.

  • Can you build the unit in my backyard?

    Of course! We offer on-site builds. The on-site build option is subject to additional fees dependent on the distance from the dealer sales lot and building purchased.

  • What are the benefits of building on site?

    If you would like your building located in an area that is difficult to navigate with a mule or your building is large and may damage the terrain, building on site might be an option for you! Contact us for more information.

  • Do I need to have a building permit?

    It is up to the customer to get the required permits prior to placing an order. Please check with  your state, county, city, and HOA for regulations or permit requirements for portable buildings. You should be aware of any setbacks and right of ways on the property. If we have to move a building for any reason, the customer will incur charges. Customers can request building plans for their building with a current order.

  • Will Stor-Mor finish out my building?

    We do not finish out any of our buildings. We offer many upgrades including electric packages, spray foam insulation and interior wall framing, however, any further interior features - including plumbing and dry wall - would need to be completed after purchase. 

  • How do I order a Stor-Mor building?

  • How do I make a warranty claim?

    If any issues arise with your building after delivery, it is important that you contact the corporate office immediately to resolve those. 

    When submitting a repair form, please include as much information and pictures as possible.
